LOST WAX PROCESS

A wax replica of the finished piece is carved to the exact proportions and detail of the drawing. Each wax model is a uniquely handcrafted work of art that can be altered and adjusted to the customer’s satisfaction prior to finishing the piece in metal. During the lost wax process the wax is eventually melted down and replaced with your choice of precious metal.

PRODUCTION

Once the wax process is complete, the new metal jewelry casting is put through several final steps such as the setting of stones, polishing, or hand engraving.
